Position: Full Time Winery Production Worker

Gervasi Vineyard has an opening for the exciting position of Winery Production Worker . The Production Worker has responsibility to support all phases of wine production and some vineyard care operations through the varying seasonal requirements and to ensure all assigned tasks are done in accordance with best practices, procedures, and safety requirements.

Key Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude, problem solving skills, a team spirit, and the ability to execute detailed instructions.
• Experience with winery work and/or vineyard care are a big plus.
• This is a full-time position that requires availability for a flexible work schedule that includes some weekends and evenings during peak harvest periods.
• Minimum education: Highschool Diploma
• Experience: None required; winery or brewery experience is preferred.
• Able to bend, stoop, and climb ladders without restrictions, and lift up to 50Lbs.

Pay Rate: $15 – $18 per hour depending on experience
