Job Description :

We are seeking a BIM Specialist to join an award-winning architecture studio in New York. This role is ideal for a motivated and technically skilled professional with a passion for digital design technologies and hands-on support of architectural project teams.

The BIM Specialist will play a central role in developing and optimizing BIM workflows, training staff, modeling complex Revit geometry, and integrating consultant documentation into project models. This position offers exposure to a wide range of project types, from mid-rise to high-rise developments, with the opportunity to influence firm-wide digital design practices.

The requirements of the role are :

• Professional degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch).
• 2-5 years of post-graduate US experience in architectural practice.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and related plug-ins/add-ins.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Dynamo preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural details and construction administration.
• Experience across all project phases, including documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with consultants and project teams.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
