Job Title: Certified Pharmacy Technician – $18/hr – Work from Home After Training
Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Start Date: October 17, 2025
Training: 4 weeks onsite in Phoenix, AZ (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM AZT)
After Training: 100% remote, 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM AZT
Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday shifts
Flexible start times available after training

Position Overview:
Certified Pharmacy Technicians in Participant Services handle a variety of customer service and pharmacy support tasks. You will manage inbound calls, process requests submitted via mail and system tasks, and partner with departments such as Pharmacy, Shipping, Customer Care, Finance, and Claims. This role serves as the first point of contact for members and prescribers, resolving issues before pharmacist involvement is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and assist members with pharmacy-related requests
Process tasks and inquiries from mail and system submissions
Partner with internal teams to resolve requests (Pharmacy, Finance, Claims, Shipping, Customer Care, Eligibility)
Document interactions accurately in databases and systems
Provide excellent customer service and timely resolution of member needs
Qualifications:
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
AZ Pharmacy Technician License or Trainee License in good standing required
0–6 months of experience (entry-level accepted)
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
