This role requires travel across Louisiana and surrounding areas. The role may require overnight stays. A Corporate Trainer will design and deliver training programs tailored to client needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. The role includes collaborating with organizational leaders to assess skill gaps, preparing instructional materials, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices. The candidate will also be expected to provide coaching to support employee growth and professional development.
