The
Team Member (Welder) at our
Nicholasville, KY location involves working collaboratively to fabricate Industrial Air Filtration systems in an innovative team orientated environment. This is a 1st shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Role Responsibilities: \n - Work safely and observe all EHS rules
\n - To fit, weld together and detail equipment assemblies out of sheet steel and structural steel
\n - Set up and operate different types of welders
\n - Read blueprints and understand written and verbal instructions
\n - Use mechanical ability, work instructions and hand tools to complete daily tasks
\n - Complete quality checks and fill out appropriate paperwork for record
\n - Material Handling and Transportation of Product
\n - Complies with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
\n - Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
\n - Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required
\n

Minimum Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability
\n - Successful completion of weld certifications required for department
\n - Read blueprints
\n - Fit/tack weldment assemblies
\n - Operate industrial fork trucks and overhead cranes.
\n - High School Diploma or GED is required
\n
\n

\n - Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees.
\n - Reacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
\n - Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.
