The Library Science/Archival Intern will be working under the supervision of the Adoption Program Assistant and trained in reviewing old adoption files to archive the files electronically. This internship position would involve reviewing files, pulling out necessary documents to scan into M-files system and organizing them with appropriate tags and meta-data for Adoption staff to locate needed information in the future. The intern is welcome to suggest ideas to improve our current process of archiving information as part of this role.
