Job Title: Data Analyst III
Location: 100% Remote
Type: 6 Months Contract, Up to 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, Flexible Hours
Pay Range: $60/h - $75/h on W2

Responsible for the full life cycle of Employee Relations and EEO data to include: input, integrity, manipulation of data, testing, analysis and visualization.

What you'll do:

• Data integrity: Create a process for monitoring missing or incomplete data fields, review and clean data, turn raw data into useful dashboards and reports.
• Input data, review historical data across different tools and update it- Write queries, contribute to large scale projects and perform ad hoc analyses as needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with HR and/or ER case management systems such as Workday, iCIMS, CaseIQ, Convercent (or a similar case management system).
• Prior experience with preparing data for EEO and OFCCP compliance or pay reporting.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in field related to Data Analytics, Business, Math/Statistics, Human Resources.
• 2+ years’ experience working with HR or ER reporting systems (i.e. Workday, Salesforce, iCIMS).
• Expert skills with MS Excel and Google Sheets, Tableau or similar software.
