Job Description

Our client, a well-known museum, is seeking a temporary Weekend Museum Assistant to support their Washington, DC team!

Responsibilities:

• Scan visitor electronic and hardcopy paper tickets.
• Comprehend and retain basic training on the use and care of the scanning equipment.
• Act as a museum representative and first contact for visitors.
• Quickly answer simple, common questions and know where to direct visitors for more information.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work inside and outside and stand for long periods of time.

Position Information:

• 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
• Hours are 9:30am-5:00pm, shifts vary.
• Must have weekend availability.
